You are leading a company or team, care deeply and want to “do it right”.
Yet you feel strangely stuck and exhausted? You’re caught in a paradox - caring deeply for everyone, but losing your own center.
Here you’ll reclaim sustainable agency to lead from clarity and strength.
If you spend your days leading teams in the city and live in the south or southeast of Stockholm, I warmly invite you to a practice of grounded leadership in Sköndal.
On your way home, just a short detour via Gullmarsplan or by car, you step into a quiet space to land after the workday.

I grew up and started my career struggling to trust my own power and to create, decide, and lead from my ideas while still including diverse voices and staying true to myself.
It took years of intense learning and practice to not only understand my life force, but to actually embody it and align it with a clear purpose.
I believe we are all born with both the right and the responsibility to use our unique voice and capacities in our lives and our work.
Gentle Power Institute is where I share with you what I’ve learned on this journey of more than 20 years so you can reclaim your own gentle power and bring it into how you live and lead every day.
Do you recognize yourself in this common false beliefs and their traps in modern leadership?

- “If I evolve beyond this, I will lose my tribe. If I grow into a different way of leading - more direct, powerful, integrative - my current peers might see me as ‘less caring’ or ‘too harsh’.”
- “Good leadership means no one feels excluded, triggered, or disappointed.”
- “Everyone must be heard before we move. Real inclusion means waiting for full consensus.”
- “If we really believe in equality, we should have no hierarchy and share power.”
- “I’m here to serve and support. My exhaustion is less important than the wellbeing of others.”
- “If we just understand each other enough, things will change. Once we’ve talked it through and everyone feels seen, the system will shift.”
- “We are all equal here, so I shouldn’t be ‘more’ than others. Claiming my full strength or vision feels like ego, domination, or ‘being too much.’
- “Conflict means we failed at being ‘good people.’ Let’s smooth tensions, intellectualize them, or speak about them indirectly.”
- “The system is harmful—capitalism, patriarchy, management as such. My role is to protect people from it, push back, keep naming what’s wrong.”
